Journey through Montpellier

montpellier

We have had the most wonderful time in Montpellier, France.  It was a last minute decision to come here and we are so glad it worked out the way it did.  In fact, we are already planning on coming back when my parents get here!

Part of the reason we had such a great time is because our friend Jean Renoux sent us a detailed list of all the great things to do and see in Montpellier.  Jean Renoux gives personalized tours throughout Europe and the US.  I was lucky enough to go on two of his tours as a teenager.  I am still grateful that he allowed me to tag along with my parents!  He has a wealth of knowledge of history, art, architecture and language.  He makes history come a live and makes it fun and enjoyable.  If anyone ever gets a chance to travel with him, they will learn so much and have a great time no matter the destination.

One of our favorite things is wandering around a town and taking in all the beautiful sights, here are some of our favorites from Montpellier.
